Fantastic City Stay!
friendly staff clean room convenient location powerful shower
The staff was FRIENDLY and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. My room was clean and modern, with comfortable bedding. I enjoyed the convenient location. It made exploring the city easy. The shower was powerful and provided plenty of hot water.
The minibar prices were a little expensive.

decent location, some issues
central location room cleanliness good food stingy hotel electrical socket slippers issue
the location is central (it's close to many attractions). i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. the breakfast had a vast choice of food, and the quality was good.
i found that amenities were stingy. i asked for slippers, but was refused because my room didn't include that service. i forgot my electrical socket adapter and they charged me for it (other hotels usually lend it for free).

rainfall shower fresh smoothie soundproof room
The room had excellent soundproofing. I heard no street noise. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and a separate handheld sprayer. the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit smoothies and a wide selection of pastries.
the elevator wait times Were occasionally a bit long.

Really good service plus central location
room upgrade modern decor mini snacks efficient lifts
the staff upgraded my room to a double room gran via views during check-in it was a pleasant surprise. the room had modern decor and was spacious. i found mini snacks and refreshments available in the room this was a nice bonus. the lifts were fast and efficient
the shower floor was somewhat slippery i notified housekeeping

this hotel boasts an very nice location in the city centre. many tourist zones are easily accessible by foot like plaza mayor and mercado san miguel. countless restaurants and shops are nearby making it easy to explore.
